Victoria M. Sparks is the Founder and CEO of Valor & Young Financial Group, a 100% virtual, nationwide independent insurance agency headquartered in Greensboro, NC. Since founding V&Y in November 2022, Victoria has built the agency on a simple belief: every family deserves unbiased guidance and real protection, not a sales pitch.
Victoria brings a background as varied as the families she serves — from professional dance and business administration to years in affiliate/online marketing — giving her a rare ability to connect with people from every walk of life and translate complex financial products into plans people actually understand. She's a graduate of University of North Carolina-Greensboro Bryan School of Business & The Joseph Business School-Forest Park, IL and the published author of Plan to Prevail: A Resource Guide for College-Bound Students, reflecting her long-standing commitment to financial literacy and access.
